Since its establishment in 1994, UPP has become the largest and most versatile visual effects and post-production House in mainland Europe.
Its clients have the opportunity to use TeleCine and Dailies projection services, as well as the ability to share media across suites with AVID Unity. The complete UPP Digital Intermediate Workflow includes a full range of processing – ranging from a Northlight scanner up through an ARRI laser recorder. In addition, UPP has fully integrated the latest version of grading suits (Baselight and Lustre) in order to provide a high performance digital intermediate system for either 2k or 4k system grading.
UPP´s digital cinemas fully meet all the highest worldwide standards. They enable full 2k digital projection with Barco DP 100 and 35mm projection, fully calibrated for previewing film outputs.
At UPP, clients work with a uniquely versatile Visual Effects Team, consisting of experienced supervisors and Emmy award-winning artists. The company’s facilities offer 2D compositing at HD and SD resolutions, 3D services, digital painting, and other services.
